Gerald Page
Founding Partner &
Managing Director
Mr. Page is the founding partner and managing director of Equinox Energy Partners, which provides international financial advisory and fund management services to the renewable energy and Ocean environment sectors.
Over the last 28 years, he has focused on developing a deep knowledge base and investment banking skill set in the alternative and renewable energy sectors, advising a number of international clients in Australia, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean with a specific focus on renewable sustainability in emerging markets. He is a senior advisor to the Kingdom of Tonga on Ocean Biodiversity, and marine protected areas towards 30×30, with a specific focus on the protection of swimways for Humpback Whales, as an important campaign in collaboration with Mission Blue. He is passionate about the protection of marine environments through Blue Biodiversity Bonds financings as an innovative methodology.
He also served as the President of Investment Banking for a prominent offshore bank in the Caribbean. He is a board member of Thirst Foundation a global NGO focused on raising the level of awareness on shortage of water SDG 6, as well as the being on the advisory boards of Global Urban Development, Climate Prosperity Alliance and Open Oceans Global Mr. Page is dedicated to advancing the interests of alternative energy and cleantech companies in the post-Kyoto era and establishing global support through the Equinox network of government contacts for the implementation of Biodiversity Bonds and Blue Carbon credits for protection of our ocean environments.

Peter Cook
Senior Advisor
Peter Cook provides financial and strategic advisory services to companies, primarily in the clean energy and agricultural technology spaces.
Peter was a Senior Investment Officer in the IFC Venture & Disruptive Technology team between 2011-2023 where he started and led the team’s investment vertical in agri-tech. He was based in Beijing 2010-2015 and subsequently again in Washington, DC. Previously at IFC, Peter financed infrastructure and originated and executed carbon market transactions in emerging markets. Peter joined IFC in 1998 with previous experience at PwC in New York. He has an MBA from NYU and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale.
Past IFC investments include Apeel Sciences, SeeTree, SP Ventures, Agrostar, Omnivore Capital, Waycool, Solar Development Group, and Soluz Inc.

Rober Watson
Senior Advisor
Rob Watson, LEED Fellow, is an international leader in market transformation in solid waste, green buildings and sustainable tourism. He is best known as the “Founding Father of LEED,” which he launched in 1993. Under Rob’s direction, LEED became the most widely used international green building standard.
At the forefront of technical innovation in solid waste management, Watson is a Principal with Upland Road Developers, which develops eco-industrial complexes called SMART (Sustainable Materials and Advanced Recovery Technology) Centers that can separate and transform 90% of the incoming waste stream into commercial products. In 2016, Mr. Watson launched the SWEEP—Solid Waste Environmental Excellence Performance–Standard, a comprehensive framework for triple bottom line performance of municipal solid waste programs. Rob was the Principal Investigator on A Regional Assessment of Sustainable Tourism in the Pacific: A Road Map for Successful Market Transformation prepared for SPREP in 2017.
